Kyle Mulroy brings 25 years of federal health policy and political experience to his work as an advisor, strategist, and lobbyist to some of the nation’s most innovative health care providers and trade organizations.

For the past 20 years, Kyle has helped health care executives anticipate, interpret and respond to the fast-paced, complex federal legislative and regulatory decision-making processes.

He is considered a trusted, results-driven member of his client’s senior management teams, providing expert counsel and direct advocacy on a myriad of policy and political matters, including health care delivery, payment, and coverage reform.

Kyle was previously the health policy advisor for a U.S. Senator, serving as the principal liaison to the Senate Finance Committee, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Before coming to Washington, Kyle held several positions at an academic medical center in central New Jersey.

Kyle graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and from the George Washington University with a Master of Arts Degree in Legislative Affairs.
